It was in a stunning and perfect location minutes drive from restaurants and bars.

The area was extremely busy.

Unbeatable setting, I had really good time.

Perfectly clean place, staff was attentive. Location: the hotel was very close to restaurants and cafes as well as the sea. It also was right on the beach. Got airy, reasonably sized room with balcony.

The hotel was in a great and lovely location adjacent to where again there are loungers available, a bus stop, and shops, a plethora of restaurants, car renting, pharmacies, and so on. Found Njoy Pool Bar with perfect drinks 200 metres away. The breakfast was marvellous and luxury with the view, all the food was healthy.

The unit we got was reasonably sized with balcony as well as very comfortable beds. Excellent location, Souda airport was 25 km away.

Located in a beautiful area, with plenty to do down the beach and in the Chania region. The rooms are some of the best I’ve seen, with comfy beds and incredible views. The breakfast spread is a real highlight, with so many options to choose from. The spa treatments were top-notch, as were the staff who were always welcoming and happy to help.

The cost of items from the pool bar was quite expensive, which was a little disappointing.

I loved everything. Nicely located. Half an hour from Hania Airport. There are many restaurants nearby. Rooms are big, clean. It's a balcony. Lovely breakfasts. Clean beach.

There's nothing wrong with that.

The standard twin room is amazing and has coffee and tea making facilities, multi-channel TV, and a writing desk.

We got incredible value for our money at Thalassa! The room was cozy and clean with a beautiful sea view. The hotel's location was perfect, surrounded by restaurants and shops. And the staff treated us like family, making our stay even more memorable.

The food for breakfast could have been better.

Extremly clean and nice place, highly recommended if you looking for a net and beautiful hotel with high care. The bartender at the pool - Manos - is one of the greatest Greek guys! :O) That was relaxing to return to his hospitality at the end of a long day.

Spent Xmas at this hotel and it was a great experience. The breakfast was amazing and included freshly squeezed orange juice and Prosecco! the staff was very friendly and always eager to help. The location is perfect, with many restaurants in the area. it's just a short drive away from the city. Pool and beach were great, with plenty of loungers available.

Although the hotel itself was clean, our room had a strange odor. the view from our balcony could have been better.

I enjoyed my stay at the Thalassa Beach Resort very much. I was particularly impressed with the level of good servive by all the staff. The staff were always friendly and helpful. The location of the hotel directly next to the beach was one of the hotels best features. Also the upper floor bedroom arrangement in the Junior Suite was an added attraction.

One aspect of the hotel which was dissapointing was the lack of enough sun loungers around the pool and the garden. There are plenty of sun loungers available on the beach but these have to be paid for which I think should also be provided for free.

We were very happy with the friendliness of the hotel staff. You get greeted with a smile everywhere you go, especially when you pass the reception. Also big congratulation to restaurant. The restaurant manager greets and helps people with a very professional attitude. It was very nice having few items changed every morning for breakfast.

Exceptional Service and Gorgeous Location

The hotel's ideal location was a highlight, with the pool and gardens opening directly onto the beach. The pool bar had excellent service, and the bartenders were really good. The staff, especially Manos, Manois, and Ramona, were friendly and efficient.
